As a mama, I understand the everyday challenges, both physical and emotional, that arise while raising a family and balancing the work and home environment. I love my family and I also love my career because Chiropractic has given me the privilege of helping families restore that balance by improving their energy and health through the nervous system.

I used to suffer from chronic low back pain, headaches and abnormal gut health, but thankfully I had a chiropractor in my life that changed my perspective on healthcare and gave me hope. I was able to compete in my Olympic weightlifting competitions, travel long distances on service trips throughout the Americas, and socialize pain free.

I am an advocate for holistic treatments, good nutrition and an active lifestyle. On the weekends you can find my husband and I exercising – chasing our daughters and goldendoodle, hiking the horse trails in San Juan Capistrano, or biking to the beach. My guilty pleasure is a scrumptious, chocolate chip cookie while casually people watching and absorbing Vitamin D outdoors.
